The fraters of the Alpha-Chi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon are pleased to announce the addition of twenty-four new active members as of Monday, November 9. We look forward to a promising future with these new bright and talented young men.

Due to the efforts of the fraters of Tau Kappa Epsilon the St. Anthony's annual haunted house was a great success. Thanks to Frater Jared Hina, Community Service Chair, and all of the other fraters that helped coordinate such a lucrative event.

Founded in 1942, the Alpha Chi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is among the most storied traditions at the University of Louisville. Our mission is to aid young men in their moral, mental and social development for life. We offer countless opportunities for leadership, involvement, athletics, and brotherhood. If you are interested in learning more about our brotherhood please feel free to stop by our suite located in Community Park this week from 6-9 PM. A schedule of the weeks activities can be found below.

The Alpha Chi chapter was selected to win five undergraduate chapter awards of excellence from TKE international. With well over 350 Tau Kappa Epsilon chapters around the world, our chapter is consistently ranked among the top 10. In 2009 we continue our tradition of excellence with the following awards:

Our brothers would like to congratulate our sweetheart, Delta Zeta president, Debbie Whitelock for being named a 2009 TKE International Sweetheart finalist. Debbie competed against more than 100 applicants from chapters all across the United States and was name a finalist for her excellence in campus leadership, community service, and academic excellence.

Last night we had another great haunted house downtown with the kids at St. Anthony's outreach center. Our annual service project went off without a hitch and everyone had a great time this year. Thanks again to all the guys that helped make this event such a huge success.
